Description: All three rooms come with comfortable, luxurious Personal Choice mattresses. Temperature is controlled individually for guests’ comfort. CD players and a varied selection of music in each room. The African sunroom allows guests to enjoy the fireplace, tv/vcr/dvd player with a large selection of movies, plenty of books to read, and a coffeepot available 24 hours a day. Fresh cookies are always on the agenda, and we stock microwave popcorn for late night snacking. The front porch, balcony, and deck allow plenty of space to enjoy beautiful Kansas sunrises and sunsets, sip coffee, and have a friendly chat. We provide a quiet, safe small-town environment with city fun nearby. The Hutch News is delivered daily, and we have a park across the street with basketball, swings, etc. We also have a grill available for guests to use if they want to cook out lunch or dinner. [Note: the fireplace is only in the sunroom, not in individual bedrooms. And only the blue room has its own tv/dvd/vcr player and private bath.]
